At present we only available ship to MALAYSIA & SINGAPORE.

We use POSLAJU/NINJA VAN courier company.
Tracking numbers will be provided once we’ve completed your order. 

Yes, we use Ninja Van courier company  as an alternate courier company, you may contact us to get to know the price.

All orders will be processed within 24 hours and will ship from our warehouse within the next 24 hours.

Delivery time frame:
Klang Valley area & Outside the Klang Valley -> 1-2 working days
East Malaysia -> 2-3 working days
Singapore -> 7-8 working days

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse , the delivery time from the courier services is out of our control.

No. The shipping date only available on Mon-Fri, exclusive Public Holiday and Weekend.

You will receive an email when your parcel is shipped from our warehouse.

The email will contain your tracking number and courier company to be used.
Please check your spam/junk box or “Promotions” (Gmail account user)  folder  if you do not see in your inbox.

You may also trace your parcel at Order Tracking

  • Kindly trace your parcel if you do not receive it more than 3 working days after shipped.
  • Parcel will return to us if no one to collect / sign it within 5 days.
  • For the resend shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
