Returns & Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for the following reasons:
a) Received the incorrect goods
b) Received the defective goods
c) Incorrect size purchased
- Exchange size are only valid on regular priced items purchased without promotional and/or shipping offers or discount codes.
- Wrong color chosen, dislike of design chosen or any error in purchase caused by buyer are not exchangeable.
We apologize for our oversight.
- An exchange for the exact same design will be processed unless the product are sold out in size and color, exchange other product is available / store credit (no limit period).
- Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be credited into your account.
The following are not considered defect attributes and are non-eligible for exchanges:
a) Measurements may vary 0.5 – 1 inch from what is stated due to mass manufacturing processes.
b) True color of an item may vary slightly and darker abit from the picture you’ve seen due to studio lighting and inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer and/or tech device.
c) For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece.
We understand getting the sizing right for the first time may be tricky. We are happy to accept a return if you have purchased a wrong size.
Please note the following:
a) The exchange option is only applicable if stocks are still available. (same item but different colour is allowed)
b) Requests for an exchange to a different item is allowed IF ONLY all of the colour and size are sold out.
c) Exchanges credit will be issued to your account. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
d) The validity period exchanges only within 3 months, otherwise will be forfeit.
e) All shipping fees will be borne by the customer, and customer take the full responsibility till the parcel reaches us.
f) RM 4.00 processing fee will be charged per item.
g) Goods purchased on Sale cannot be exchanged.
a) Must be notified of an exchange within 7 days from date of invoice.
b) Goods must be returned in 3 working days after receive the confirmation.
c) Goods must be returned in brand new condition, unwashed (without any stains or scents including fragrances, detergent, perfume) in their original packaging with tags attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.
d) One to one exchange will be processed upon receipt of your package.
e) Goods purchased through a third party will not be eligible for an exchange.
f) Please complete the return and exchange form as below.
Please take noted
*All of the store credit can only be used once (per order number). Meaning that if there have the remaining balance will be forfeited.

In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
