Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

We accept payments via MOLPay and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard and VISA.

Apart from these, merchants can also accept payments from FPX (online banking) which including Maybank, PublicBank, CIMB Clicks, HongLeong Bank, RHB, Ambank, OCBC, Standard Chartered, UOB, Alliance Online, Bank Islam and AffinBank.
We also accept cash deposit/Online bank transfer ( only MBB & PBB account )

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received.
Please always check your junkmail / spam / “promotion” (Gmail account user) folder if you can’t find our mail in your inbox.  

Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. 

As long as your order isn’t ship yet, you still can add item to your existing order.

Kindly drop us an email at [email protected] / Facebook DM us with the item (Picture / SKU & color / size ) which you want to add on and also with your order number.

Items from multiple orders may be combined into the same package if the orders are being shipped to the same address.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimise errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

If your order status states Processing, it means that your order now is being prepared for shipment.

As soon as the courier has picked up for order from the warehouse, the order status will change to “Completed”. In another word, this simply means the order is now with the courier and is on the way to you.

On-Hold status means that we’ve received your order and we’re still waiting for your payment to process the order.
